DTES Planning Team - City of Vancouver

The Downtown Eastside (DTES) Planning Team is responsible for working with the community to implement the Council approved DTES Plan.  The plan describes key issues, directions, priorities, strategies, actions and projects to be implemented and to guide change and development in the DTES, including Chinatown over the next 30 years
